Kurbaan is the much awaited film of Rensil D’Silva that has been released on November 20. It is his directorial debut. Saif Ali khan and Kareena Kapoor will be seen in this film playing the lead roles. The music of the film has already been popular. A lot of things have made the controversies.

Kareena plays the role of Avantika who comes to Delhi from USA. Saif Ali Khan, who plays the role of Ehsaan, is a lecturer at the Islamic Studies in Delhi University. They meet in Delhi itself and then Avantika starts working in Delhi University as a psychology professor.

Both of them marry in Delhi and fly away to US. As the story proceeds, Kareena come to know the actual Saif and the purpose behind their marriage. Saif is actually a terrorist and wanted to hide himself from the rest of the world thus he marries Kareena.

Saif has some brutal plans that he wants to complete but Kareena comes to know about this. Now will Kareena be able to stop Saif or will he succeed in his mission?

The movie is full of turns and twists. Other lead roles have been played by Vivek Oberoi, Om Puri, Kirron Kher, Kulbhushan Kharbanda and Nauheed Cyrus.
